How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours. UK orders are sent 1st class and usually arrive within 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). There are a small number of products that are not held in stock and these may take up to a week to arrive. This will be clearly stated on the product information page.
All international orders are sent using a tracked service and will take 7 to 10 days to arrive.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately we cannot offer order collection from our premises.
How can I Pay?
We accept all major debit and credit cards through our secure Shop Pay system or Paypal. Payment is taken when you complete the checkout process.

The address on my order is incorrect?
It is your responsibility to provide correct address details. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address please contact us as soon as possible on 01942 366255 or by email at sales@tribal-tshirts.com. We can then amend any errors before your order is sent.
If your order has been sent out with incorrect details then, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries. If your order is returned to us as a return to sender or failed delivery then we will be in touch to arrange a re-delivery with a re-dispatch charge.
What t-shirts do you use to print on?
We use the best quality 100% cotton t-shirts available to us. For standard men’s and long sleeve t-shirts we use Gildan Softstyle which are a ring spun cotton. Women’s t-shirts are Fruit of the Loom Softstyle. Children’s t-shirts are Russell. We chose these particular brands because of the standard sizing as they are not too large or fitted (tight). If for any reason any of these are out of stock with our suppliers we will use a substitute of at least the same quality. Light grey t-shirts are 90% cotton and 10% synthetic.
All of our all over print t-shirts are 100% polyester which will be stated clearly on the product description.

What printing method do you use?
We use state of the art DTG (direct to garment) printing on all cotton t-shirts. Our all over prints use a technique called dye sublimation.
